June was a remarkable month for sports, and to commemorate this, Real Stars Sports Agency, in partnership with Fortebet Uganda and Jude Colour Solutions, hosted an awards ceremony to honor the month’s standout athletes.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Recipient: Mukwenda Godfrey Mbalire
- Legacy: Mukwenda Godfrey Mbalire has been a dedicated figure in the sports industry since the early 2000s. His significant contributions began in 2006 with his involvement in Ssingo Ssaza football management, where he served in various roles including Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairman. His efforts were recognized by the Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi, who appointed him to the Masaza Cup organizing committee. Mbalire was instrumental in the development of the Ssingo Ssaza ground and the organization of the pivotal 2012 Masaza Cup final. Under his leadership, Ssingo won their first Masaza Cup trophy in 2015. In recent years, he has extended his support to other teams, notably Buddu.

- Winner: Maxine Modesta Anyongo (Junior Gazelles)
Cricket:
- Winner: Brian Masaba
- Achievement: Led the Cricket Cranes to their first tournament victory.
