Twaha Namwoyo, 38, and his wife, Nasim Katooko, 27, were discovered lifeless in their compound, their bodies bearing gruesome wounds and surrounded by a pool of blood, leaving the local community reeling with shock and grief.
As authorities strive to unravel the motives behind this senseless tragedy, a relentless pursuit of the perpetrators is underway, with fear and apprehension gripping the area.
Samuel Semewo, the North Bukedi Regional Police Spokesperson, expresses grave concern over the resurgence of violent attacks in the region, prompting heightened vigilance among law enforcement agencies. Initial reports indicate a swift response from the police following a distress call from Charles Namba, a district councilor from Tirinyi Sub County, marking the commencement of a meticulous investigation.
